We’re seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to create the world's safest work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact associate well being while driving operational excellence.
As a WHS Manager, you’ll be the site’s safety champion, leading our Global WHS Program implementation and combining hands‑on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset—our people. You’ll bridge the gap between safety requirements and operational success, working closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions. You’ll lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, analyze incident trends, manage our first aid program and emergency response capabilities, and transform safety data into actionable insights to engage associates in our safety mission.
For those that do not have an adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, you must obtain it within 3 weeks of the start date.
