Job summary

You will lead incident investigations, audits, and energy reduction initiatives while aligning EHS with Lean, HR, and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of deploying comprehensive EHS programs across a manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (EHS preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (federal, state, local).
• Experience with risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement EHS programs meeting site goals and targets.
• Lead incident investigations and root‑cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Coordinate all EHS training across the site, onboarding and refreshers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.
• Manage environmental programs (waste, air, water, chemical management) and sustainability initiatives.
• Direct energy management and waste reduction initiatives.
