Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Site Director to lead the Greensboro site, directing a multi-functional team to meet quality, yield, throughput, and cost targets while upholding health, safety, and environmental performance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in production or plant management, with at least 5 years in a site leadership position and full P&L accountability. Strong leadership, planning, and process safety experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in production or plant management, with 5+ years in a site leadership role with P&L accountability.
• Experience in process safety and risk identification/evaluation techniques; RMP/PSM preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing approaches and capital project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Set the site vision and develop a strategic plan aligned with business objectives.
• Define and execute short- and long-term manufacturing plans and track KPIs.
• Direct operations across EHS, Quality, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Foster a safe, high-morale work environment; drive profitability and cost control.
• Lead capital projects, continuous improvement, and risk management programs.
