Job Summary:

Medical City Alliance is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while ensuring the program meets clinical and operational goals
• Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director and hospital leadership to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
• Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
• Support program financial performance in collaboration with hospital and division leadership

Qualifications:

• Board certification required
• Texas medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
• At least two years of clinical experience preferred, leadership experience a plus
