Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead our teachers, ensure high-quality classrooms, and partner with families to provide exceptional care and education. You will manage licensing standards, recruit and enroll new families, and build strong relationships with communities and school partners.

Successful Site Directors are enthusiastic, engaged, and share our commitment to educational excellence, empowering teachers and creating confident learners across our sites.

Qualifications

• One year teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong relationship-building with families and staff.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet state licensing and safety standards.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing and speaking for communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop “best in class” educators.
• Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
