KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and supervise a group of teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences while ensuring licensing, safety, and educational standards are met.

You will partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children, and cultivate positive relationships with families, school leaders, and community partners. Leadership includes recruitment and enrollment across our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing and safety standards.
