KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Site Director to lead educational programs and manage day-to-day site operations in our learning centers. You will oversee teachers, ensure adherence to licensing and safety standards, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care and education.

As a Site Director, you will leverage our curriculum framework to create engaging classroom experiences, mentor staff, and drive recruitment and enrollment efforts to support community families.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to engage families and staff in a dynamic learning environment.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Meet state guidelines and safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences and develop best-in-class educators.
• Ensure the site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in the sites.
