KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, create engaging classroom experiences, and ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards are met. You will collaborate with families, school and district partners, and state authorities to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role and safety standards.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
