Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director for Alexander Elementary (Finance). You will lead a team of teachers, ensure licensing and safety standards, and partner with parents to deliver exceptional early childhood education in our community.

You will also cultivate relationships with families and school partners, while driving enrollment and program quality. The role emphasizes educational excellence, collaboration with site staff, and commitment to empowering confident teachers

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of teachers.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Must meet state guidelines for the role.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children.
