Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies invites qualified candidates for a Site Director role. You will oversee teachers, ensure licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to deliver exceptional early childhood education experiences.

As a Site Director, you’ll leverage our curriculum to create engaging classroom experiences, recruit families, and foster strong relationships with staff, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic, play-focused environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop educators.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
