Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a part-time program supervisor to manage a quality program for children from preschool through Grade 5. The role focuses on developing engaging activities that promote social, physical, intellectual, and creative growth, while fostering strong relationships with campus administration, staff and parents.

The position requires supervisory experience, the ability to supervise large groups, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Ability to supervise at least 100 children.
• Supervisory experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises and implements a quality program for children from preschool to Grade 5.
• Develops and supports staff with creating engaging activities for social, physical, intellectual, and creative growth.
• Fosters positive relationships with campus administration, staff and parents.
• Scheduled work hours reflect programmatic needs of assigned sites.

54+ credit hours in ECD/related field or 60+ hours with related fields

CDA/CCP/NAC credentials

24 credits including 6 in early childhood

Associate degree in early childhood or related field + 6 months experience
