Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan to announce both the start and the end of the activity and provide updates, as relevant.
• Create digital (PNG/JPEG formats only) and print flyer(s) for the weekly newsletter and posting in designated spots.
• Announcements (morning audio and for The Den)
• Maintain roster and attendance of students, submit/share at midpoint and end of activity with the main office.
• Setup and cleanup the area used for the activity.
• Our art club advisor is responsible for providing a creative and supportive environment for students to explore various art forms, organizing activities and projects using different media, managing art supplies and club logistics, and encouraging students to develop their artistic skills and express themselves.
