Job summary

Qualifications

• Spring/Summer 2027 graduation with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Manufacturing IT experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT Operations - Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management.
• IT infrastructure - Knowledge in network operations or application management
• IT Security & Risk – Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization
• Leadership - Strong leadership skills in startup-type environments.
• Collaboration/partner management - Fast learner with strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan and lead critical projects to improve efficiency.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and ensure execution of the site security strategy with defense-in-depth measures and incident response oversight.
