Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Digital Systems & Cyber Security Leader to oversee day-to-day cybersecurity and local application risk mitigation, enabling secure information flow across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on governance, incident response, and security strategy to protect data and assets.

You’ll lead cyber security initiatives with site owners, coordinate with OT vendors, and drive digital capabilities to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital capabilities, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week at Mehoopany, PA facility.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Security Governance: Develop and execute plans for day-to-day risk identification and mitigation, including patching of multiple systems across organizations.
• Manage and optimize access control mechanisms and digital asset inventory processes to protect against unauthorized access.
• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy including threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
• Support changes to Cyber Security initiatives, assess and mitigate risks, ensure effective security controls.
• Promote security awareness through training programs and campaigns.
