The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including project management, strong technical skills in relevant tools, and a collaborative leadership style. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in site development (commercial, industrial, multi-family).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with municipalities, cities, or counties (preferred).
• MUD District experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver top-tier site development projects.
• Managing design and production of plans/specs for multi-family, commercial/retail, and industrial developments.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Maintaining and growing client relationships while seeking out new business opportunities.
• Overseeing project management reporting and ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing.
• Managing team performance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Guiding team members with mentorship, technical support, and leadership.

Education
