Job summary

A civil engineering firm in Fort Worth is seeking a Practice Leader – Land/Site Development to oversee site development projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including project management, strong technical skills in relevant tools, and a collaborative leadership style. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in site development (commercial, industrial, multi-family).
5+ years of project management experience.
Experience working with municipalities, cities, or counties (preferred).
MUD District experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Leading a team of project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver top-tier site development projects.
Managing design and production of plans/specs for multi-family, commercial/retail, and industrial developments.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Maintaining and growing client relationships while seeking out new business opportunities.
Overseeing project management reporting and ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing.
Managing team performance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Guiding team members with mentorship, technical support, and leadership.
