GPD Group is seeking a Site Development & Entitlements Project Coordinator in our Columbus, OH office. The role supports civil engineering site development, permitting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and clients to move projects forward.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related) with 0–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong communication skills for client updates and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 0–5 years in civil/site development.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with project site planning, due diligence, zoning, permitting, and construction administration.

Responsabilités

• Project scheduling and tracking.

GPD is currently seeking aSite Development & Entitlements Project Coordinatorin our Columbus, OHoffice location.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, preferred, or other Engineering or Construction Management degree with 0 to 5years of experience in the field of civil engineering, stie development & entitlements, and/or project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with project site planning, due diligence, all aspects of civil design and documentation, permitting, and construction administration required.
• Experienced and comfortable working directly with the client providing timely updates on project status, discussing project scope, etc. Demonstrates a customer service focus.
• Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
• Must possess experience in coordinating with internal teams, including project planning, scheduling and tracking.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project scheduling and tracking.
• Site planning.
• Meeting and communicating with clients daily/weekly as determined required.
• Due diligence including feasibility studies, planning and zoning presentations and submittals including variance applications.
• Permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.
• Coordinating other field services such as land and building surveys, environmental studies, and geotechnical studies.
• Coordinating with teams of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
• Project status reports and conference calls.
• Project Administration.
• Construction administration.
