Choice One Engineering is seeking a site development engineer to plan and design projects, including layout, grading, storm water, and utilities, collaborating with a multi-discipline team. You will work onsite at Loveland/Cincinnati office with architects, MEP, and structural engineers on Higher Education, Retail, Commercial, Industrial projects, and more.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• EIT certification preferred/required for progression.
• License as P.E. or pursuing licensure considered.
• Minimum 2+ years in site design experience.
• Proactive, responsive, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at Loveland/Cincinnati office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design site development projects including layout, grading, storm water, and utilities.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, and structural engineers across varied project types.
• Assist in providing consulting engineering services to clients and municipalities.
• Interact daily with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment.
