Job summary

Choice One Engineering in Loveland, OH, is seeking a Civil Engineer with 1–4 years of land development experience to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will plan and design site and transportation projects and collaborate with architects, MEP, and structural engineers.

You will work with architects, national retailers, municipalities, and universities, while growing your expertise in Civil 3D and fast-paced deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET‑accredited program
• EIT certification or active licensure path preferred
• P.E. license or pursuing licensure considered for growth

Responsibilities

• Plan and design land development, site design, and transportation projects.
• Collaborate with a multi‑discipline team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers.
• Interact daily with project teams in a multi‑office environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design projects focused in land development, site design, and/or transportation. Work with a multi-discipline team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers on a variety of projects.
• Work closely with other technical staff at Choice One Engineering to assist in providing consulting engineering services to architects, national retailers, municipalities, universities, and local development clients.
• Interact daily with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification
• P.E. license or in the process of obtaining P.E. license
• 1-4 years experience in land development, transportation design, or site design
• Very responsive and a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
• Continuous learning mindset
• Working proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
