Position Overview:
Responsible for overall program management and partnership development at a specific school site(s). The Site Coordinator will use the CIS Model to identify and assess the needs of at-risk youth (case-managed students) while coordinating Tiered interventions and support for the entire school population.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate successful implementation of the CIS Model and TQS Student Support Standards.
- Collaborate with school staff to assess, identify, and prioritize student needs.
- Lead a School Support team responsible for planning and managing all CIS operations at the school site.
- Conduct an annual needs assessment using multiple data sources to inform the School Support Plan.
- Develop a comprehensive School Support Plan detailing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 interventions and supports.
- Provide case management for a minimum of 50 identified students, delivering evidence-based interventions based on student and school needs.
- Regularly collect, enter, and report student data systematically.
- Monitor and adjust progress toward goals in the School Support Plan and individual student progress at least quarterly, modifying interventions as needed.
- Engage with the parents or legal guardians of case-managed students.
- Provide timely reports with data and program updates to supervisors.
- Review ABC goals with case-managed students monthly.
- Present the CIS mission, vision, and initiatives within the community as needed.
- Recruit, train, and manage community volunteers as necessary.
- Evaluate community partners annually to ensure alignment with student needs.
- Provide leadership in securing community resources and partnerships to support student well-being and academic success.
- Participate in staff development, including CISSC and National CIS training.
- Perform other duties necessary for program success as assigned.
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, travel, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, social services, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Sensitivity to and concern for children, youth, and their families.
- Proficiency with office technology systems, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and CISDM.
- Experience with student data or case management systems is highly preferred.
