Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS model within a school setting and collaborate with principals and leadership to plan integrated supports. You will assess needs, design school-wide and individual interventions, monitor outcomes, and adapt strategies based on data.

$45,000 - $50,000 starting range based on experience and education level.
A Site Coordinator is a school-based professional who implements the Communities In Schools evidence-based model of integrated Student Supports through coordinated efforts with the principal and leadership team. The Site Coordinator conflicts a school-wide needs assessment; plans school-wide, group-level, and individualized supports to address identified needs; monitors the effectiveness of provided supports and adjusts them accordingly; and tracks student and school data and reports on outcomes.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
