Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati seeks a Site Coordinator for the ME Lyons YMCA (Project Management) to manage day-to-day before/after school operations and ensure licensing and program compliance in Cincinnati, OH.

Ideal candidate has a CDA or Bachelor’s degree, CPR/First Aid, and prior child-care experience. You will supervise staff, develop curriculum, maintain records, and foster positive relationships with families and children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with CDA, or Bachelor degree in related field.
• Must meet all licensing requirements as determined by state & local governments.
• Previous experience working with children required.
• CPR & First Aid certifications must be obtained/maintained throughout employment.
