Job summary

Lynch/Van Otterloo YMCA in Marblehead, MA is hiring an experienced After-School Site Coordinator to lead a team and create a safe, inclusive setting for middle school students. This full-time, year-round role extends into summer with leadership in Y Day Camp.

Responsibilities include guiding daily program operations, ensuring safety and licensing compliance, building relationships with families and school partners, and coordinating schedules and materials.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet EEC Site Coordinator qualifications and have at least 1 year of experience with school-aged children in a program setting.
• Experience with middle-school students preferred.
• Available 10AM–6PM, Monday–Friday.
