Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Seasonal Site Coordinator to manage administrative and onboarding tasks at Shenandoah National Park in Luray, Virginia. The role involves creating training programs, handling requisitions, and supporting new hires while offering opportunities for growth across nationwide locations.

The position pays $16.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Housing options, meals, and employee discounts are available to team members, with dormitory housing

Qualifications

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed.
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging.
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team.
• Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork and badging.
• Issue associate uniforms.
• Other duties as assigned.

More about you

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role
