Job summary

DHL in Westerville, OH seeks a Site Controller who will lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a high-visibility e-commerce facility. This role reports to the Site Director and collaborates with senior DHL and Customer leadership to influence budgeting and performance.

You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, oversee month-end close, AP/AR, labor planning, and CAPEX requirements, ensuring contract and service level compliance while delivering actionable

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics activities for a large e-commerce facility dedicated to one Customer.
• Manage a functional team and collaborate with senior leadership from DHL and the Customer.
• Create and obtain approval for DHL and Customer budgets, rolling forecast, and capital expenditure requirements.
• Be responsible for labor planning and management.
• Provide actionable insight based on analysis of volume and profile.
• Oversee Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Empower decision-making at the site level.

Our Site Controller leads all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytic activities for a large e-commerce facility, dedicated to one Customer. This high visibility position reports to the Site Director and has heavy customer interaction.

In this Site Controller role, you will:

• Work independently, while leading a functional team of associates
• Lead interactions with Senior Leadership from both DHL and Customer
• Create and get approval for DHL and Customer budgets, rolling forecast, and capital expenditure requirements
• Be responsible for labor planning and management
• Provide actionable insight based on analysis of volume and profile
• Have oversight for Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Ensure compliance with customer contract and service levels
• Drive continuous improvement principles to optimize cost and efficiency
• Be empowered to make decisions for the site
