• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve results.
• Drive forecast accuracy and support strategic planning efforts.
• Provide financial leadership for capital investments, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement projects, including business case development, ROI analysis, and post-investment reviews.
• Lead all site accounting activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing performance through labor, material, inventory, overhead, productivity, and cost variance reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of standard costing, inventory valuation, and related financial records.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and financial processes to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Ensure timely documentation, execution, and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

We are seeking a Site Controller to join our team in Ogden, UT.

This role serves as the senior finance leader for an assigned production site and acts as an extension of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and FP&A.

The Site Controller is responsible for leading all site finance and accounting activities, including financial planning and analysis, general accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and operational business partnership.

As a key member of the site leadership team, this position partners closely with operations leaders to drive financial performance, support productivity and operational excellence initiatives, optimize costs, and evaluate capital investments. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Business Partnership
