Rise Technical seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist or Engineer in Mosinee, Wisconsin to own Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives and drive the site toward operational excellence, with a path into corporate CI leadership.

You will work with Plant Manager and cross-functional teams, analyze KPI data such as OEE, implement 5S and standard work, and mentor others while delivering measurable improvements across the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen in manufacturing.
• Root cause analysis, process optimization and KPI analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing to improve yield, throughput, and efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and build a sustainable CI culture.
• Track KPI such as OEE, scrap and throughput to deliver measurable improvements.
