  • Analyze content, campaign, and site performance to identify key takeaways and recommend opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, customer experience, and product discovery.
  • Support homepage, category, and editorial content planning by translating performance insights, business priorities, and customer behavior trends into content recommendations.
  • Apply established SEO and accessibility best practices across site content and editorial experiences to support product discovery, organic traffic growth, usability, and content performance.
  • Partner with Digital Product, Design, and Technology teams to document requirements, report defects, and support testing for site enhancements and functionality improvements.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site experiences, publishing workflows, quality assurance processes, and cross‑functional ways of working.
What You Bring

  • Greater than two years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce site operations, site publishing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with an eCommerce platform or content management system.
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools and the ability to interpret standard performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
