Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Adobe Suite; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution.
• Supervise craft workers and manage subcontractors.
• Develop pre-job plans and site utilization.
• Participate in project scheduling and cost control.
• Maintain timekeeping and cost records; report progress.
• Coordinate Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.
