Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years project supervision experience in commercial interiors, restaurant, retail, healthcare, and/or industrial new construction environments.
• Ability to travel as needed within Illinois.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization.
• Chair weekly project construction meetings and discuss weekly work plans with subcontractors.
• Daily job site progress reporting and accurate logs with progress photos.
