Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking a Construction Infrastructure Foreman to oversee daily field operations on heavy civil, roadway and DOT projects. The role requires leadership of diverse crews, strict safety, and adherence to schedule and budget while traveling to project sites.

You will read blueprints, manage equipment and materials on site, and maintain records such as daily reports and RFIs. This role demands teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Foreman in heavy civil projects.
• MSHA Part 46 and/or Part 48 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid MVR per Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy.
• Willing to travel and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
