Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction activities for heavy civil projects. The role requires travel to remote sites and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related degree is a plus; 2-3 years of vertical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with highway construction practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train field crews.
• Set up and maintain project files, contracts, and timesheets.
• Coordinate payables/receivables with accounting and other accounts.
• Assist with project closeout and change orders.
• Maintain contract documents, plant specs, and subcontracts.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Provide accurate information to PM to boost project management.
