Highland Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee timely completion and strict adherence to plans, specs, and local codes. You will schedule subcontractors, enforce quality control, and ensure safety across multiple job sites, reporting to the Area Production Manager.

Travel to sites will be required to verify work and coordinate inspections. Key responsibilities include managing the critical path, maintaining daily production schedules, and ensuring all parties comply with contract

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and truss/plot plans.
• Strong safety and quality control focus.

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors on the critical path.
• Perform quality control and assign work responsibilities.
• Be present on concrete pours to verify quality and finish.
• Ensure jobs start and finish on time with defects resolved.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and inspectors.
• Communicate variances or plan changes to APM and plans coordinator.
• Monitor budgets and production schedules daily.
• Walk jobs daily to monitor activity and plan ahead.
