The ideal candidate will promote the organization's mission, assist with new projects, and maintain safety and organization at the site. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Agree with and be able to sign the Statement of Faith.
• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Lift 50–80 pound objects, bend, walk, and stand frequently.
• Work well under pressure and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
• Assist with all new projects from start to finish.
• Perform heavy manual labor and cope with varied weather conditions.
• Keep the project site safe, clean, organized, and orderly.
