Job summary

Dominium Management Services invites motivated undergraduates to join our Construction and Architectural Services team as a Construction Intern - Owner's Rep for a summer internship. You will assist with on-site project oversight, attend site walks and meetings, and help manage punch lists in Procore.

You will work closely with senior staff, review deliverables, and process invoices via Yardi, while upholding company policies and professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Participates in scheduled site walks and meetings with senior construction staff, including OAC meetings and site walks.
• Assists in creating and managing project punch lists using Procore.
• Reviews O&M manuals submitted by the General Contractor for completeness and accuracy.
• Submits FF&E invoices through Yardi for processing.
