Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months post high school education or equivalent
• Four years of directly related inspection experience
• Arizona Class D Driver License (unrestricted)
• Preferred: Certification in Construction Inspection or related field

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Review plans, blueprints, and contract documents to understand project requirements and identify potential issues.
• Drive to job sites and monitor activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and construction personnel to address concerns and meet timelines.
• Draft and submit detailed inspection reports with observations, issues, and corrective actions.
