Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Part-Time Site Director at Los Ninos Elementary School in Las Vegas, NM. The role offers flexible hours with a strong leadership component and a unique benefit: employer-paid childcare for your own children enrolled in the program.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with state regulations, and lead engaging activities after school while communicating closely with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: leadership experience, ability to guide a team and communicate with families.
• Experience with school building staff a plus and knowledge of licensing requirements is helpful.
• Must pass background check including fingerprinting and references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program operations meet state regulations and host school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with curriculum (STEAM, fitness, arts, academics).
• Oversee daily operations including attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing support.
• Maintain clear communications with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to sustain a positive program culture.
