Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Part-Time Site Director at Los Ninos Elementary School in Las Vegas, NM. You will lead the afternoon program, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and maintain positive relationships with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of staff
• Experience coordinating after-school or school-age programs
• Strong communication with families and school partners
• Understanding of state childcare licensing requirements (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state and host-school regulations.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with HK curriculum (arts, STEAM, fitness, academics).
• Oversee daily operations: attendance, registrations, scheduling, staffing.
• Maintain clear family communication via Playground App.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to sustain a positive program culture.
