Qualifications

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents including reports, specifications and plans using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrological and topographical data to inform planning and design.
• Support zoning, permit assessments, and feasibility analyses based on collected data.
• Provide field inspection services as needed and collaborate with team members.
