Job summary

Shrewsberry & Associates, LLC in Denver is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of site civil/land development experience to join our growing team. You will work on diverse commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, coordinating with internal disciplines and clients.

Ideal candidates have a solid technical foundation, are proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software, and hold an EIT certification; PE licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of site civil/land development experience.
• EIT certification required; PE licensure a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes in Colorado Front Range a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site civil designs for land development projects.
• Develop construction documents and calculations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and agencies.
• Support permitting and entitlement efforts with local jurisdictions.
• Assist with cost estimates and takeoffs.
• Participate in project meetings and respond to agency review comments.
• Ensure compliance with codes and design standards.
