KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Site/Civil team for Spring 2027 graduates, starting Summer 2027.

The role focuses on public and private land development with opportunities to work on diverse projects in Maryland and beyond. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, an ABET‑accredited engineering degree, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• 0–2 years of civil/site engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering design for commercial, residential, and institutional land development projects.
• Perform site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion/sediment control calculations.
• Prepare construction documents and specs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
• Conduct site visits and field observation reports for Site Development.
• Collaborate with team to prepare project schedules and cost estimates.
