Job summary

HDR, Inc. is actively seeking a Site Civil EIT to support civil/site projects from our Salt Lake City area office. You will assist with site studies, layout, grading, drainage, and documentation, working under senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentation.
• Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage.
• Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
• Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects.
• Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects.
