Pennoni is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Site/Civil team as a Division Manager and drive multi-discipline site design projects on a full-time basis in Raleigh/Charlotte. You will manage engineers, designers, and client relationships across private and public sector projects.

The role requires a PE in NC, a civil engineering background, and the ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies, prepare budgets, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer license in North Carolina.
• Experience leading staff and managing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a Site/Civil team and interface with clients.
• Develop budgets, proposals and coordinate multi-discipline site design.
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies for permits.
• Oversee site development tasks: plan prep, grading, E&S, and reports.
• Lead with quality control of staff designs and project deliverables.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and ensure project goals are met.
