Job summary

HDR is seeking a Civil Designer to help design and document site civil projects in Boise, Idaho. You will collaborate with project managers and a multidisciplinary team to maintain design intent while developing surface models and construction documents using Civil 3D.

You will apply AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for markups, coordinate with BIM models in Revit, and support ACC-based project collaboration. HDR values employee ownership and a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3 years related industry experience.
• 3D design software experience and document management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers and a multi-discipline team to maintain design intent and model integrity as projects evolve.
• Apply AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for redline markups.
• Support the design and production of site civil construction documents related to Federal, Power, Architectural, Water/Wastewater, and Industrial Clients.
• Develop site civil design improvements in Civil 3D including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
