You will review site civil plans and contractor shop drawings for compliance, communicate with field crews and design staff, create progress reports, assist with lighting compliance measurements, and help maintain safe, accessible work environments on outdoor jobs in Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in survey/construction preferred.
• 1-3 years in site civil construction or 5+ years in civil engineering design.
• Ability to use basic programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Read site civil plans and understand work sequence.
• Review contractor shop drawings for site civil components.
• Communicate with field personnel and design staff on progress or issues.
• Create site progress reports meeting specifications.
• Assist with lighting compliance measurements and accessibility standards.
• Observe utility testing for municipal/regulatory compliance.
• Support safety and company policy adherence on site.
• Escalate hazards and unsafe conditions as needed.
• Participate in hydrant flow tests and confined space inspections.
