Job description

Overview

As a Site Care Partner, you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Build and maintain relationships with site stakeholders and oversee site operations.
  • Support study-related issues at sites, coordinating communication and resolution efforts (e.g., vendor, site contracts, and payment issues).
  • Manage strategy and approach for IP and ancillary supplies throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring site and country requirements are met.
  • Plan and deliver effective site recruitment, supporting enrollment and responding to recruitment challenges from investigators.
  • Maintain regular communication with investigator sites to gather updates and ensure progress towards study goals.
  • Coordinate with local RA/CTRO/SAP to ensure timely completion of country/local registry requirements when applicable.
Qualifications

You are:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or RN qualification in a related field, or has an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (minimum of 5 years).
  • Proficient in the local language; English is required.

Skills and Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% regularly.
  • Proven networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of country-specific GCP requirements differing from standard procedures.
