Job Title: BPO Customer Care Associate

NTT DATA is seeking a BPO Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States.

Pay rate: $15.50/hr

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 months experience in an office environment
• 6 months experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
• 6 months experience working from home
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, handling 75-100 calls daily.
• Handle inquiries related to life insurance and annuity policies, including payments, policy information, and claims.
• Work in a designated quiet area while working from home.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and management to address service issues.
• Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve customer questions and issues.

Additional Requirements:

• Device for 2-Factor Authentication (cell phone or tablet).
• Successful completion of Call Center training and proficiency demonstration.
• Pass drug screening and background checks, including education and employment verification.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CT and rotating Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CT.
