Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Captain Site Supervisor in North Houston to act as the on-site lead for client accounts and security personnel. The role focuses on contract compliance, staff supervision, and delivering superior customer service daily.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, managing shifts, ensuring post orders are followed, and maintaining professional service standards with the client and SMSSI branch office support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree preferred.
• Three years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Texas Level 2 certification.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site key point of contact for Client and Site-Assigned Security Professionals.
• Ensure contract compliance, staff supervision, and day-to-day delivery of superior customer service.
• Coordinate with vendor/distributor representatives to foster collaborative relationships.
• Provide in-service support to clients, vendors, distributors, and contractors on Safety and Security Programs, Policies, and Procedures.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and retention of high caliber staff.
• Review security officer reports and ensure directives are followed.
