Qualifications

• Site management experience with HVAC/mechanical works.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC works on site and manage site activities.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to standard.
• Coordinate with main contractor and other trades to maintain programme and quality.
• Ensure on-site delivery aligns with project requirements and safety standards.
