Promera LLC in Michigan is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contracted services on active construction sites. You will supervise crews of 4–8, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, the ability to read blueprints, and a willingness to travel. OSHA training is valued, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising crew on construction sites.
• Previous project site supervision experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand site/building names.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel; able to work up to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed.
• Establish daily production goals based on overall plan.
• Manage and assist on all daily work; crew size 4–8.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
