Job summary

Promera LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee contracted services on large active construction sites. The role will involve supervising crews of 4–8, reading blueprints, ensuring safety, and coordinating with general contractors and vendors. Travel and extended hours may be required.

The candidate should have 3+ years of crew supervision, OSHA-10, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising crew required.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work up to 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of contracted services for sub-contractor on large active construction site.
• Establish daily production goals based on the overall plan.
• Manage and assist in all work daily; crew size varies from 4 to 8 staff.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks and generate daily/weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
